Joyce Theater

The Joyce, a 472-seat theater, is occasionally available to rent for events, including corporate meetings, lectures, conferences, product releases, and performing arts engagements.  The Theater’s lower lobby, equipped with a full bar, accommodates 75 to 100 people.

Due to the busy in-house production schedule, theater availability is limited.  Available dates are currently known through August 31, 2020.

2019 / 2020 RENTAL RATES

Commercial rates

Full day (8hrs): $10,000 + labor + rental equipment + supplies + additional services requested by renter

Half day (4hrs): $6,500 + labor + rental equipment + supplies + additional services requested by renter

Additional hours: $1,000 / hour

Film shoots / location holdings – please contact with inquiries

 

Non-profit rates

Full day (8hrs): $7,500 + labor + rental equipment + supplies + additional services requested by renter

Half day (4hrs): $4,500 + labor + rental equipment + supplies + additional services requested by renter

Additional hours: $750 / hour

 

Additional options

Dressing rooms: subject to availability

Marquee Usage: $500

Lobby Monitor Usage: $500
