Fresh off the overwhelming success of last summer’s presentation of four female choreographers, Gotham Dance Festival returns to The Joyce with expanded programming and a newly-branded festival. The Gotham Dance Festival features Brian Brooks Moving Company, Monica Bill Barnes & Company, Kate Weare Company and CorbinDances, as well as six talented emerging artists in “Summer Sampler Matinees.”

One of those Summer Sample Matinee artist, Sydney Skybetter teamed up with dance photographer extraordinaire Jordan Matter to help promote skybetter and associates’ performances at The Joyce (Jun 11 & 12).
