The extraordinary Savion Glover, perhaps the most acclaimed tap artist of our time, has dazzled audiences with his trademark speed, sound, and virtuosity. Before his seasons at The Joyce and other renowned theaters around the world, before his days on Broadway in the Tony Award-winning Bring In da Noise, Bring in da Funk, or in films, like Bamboozled, today, we take a look back at the Savion Glover that captivated, taught and entertained us on “Sesame Street.” Enjoy this blast from the past:
