The Joyce Theater recognizes that your privacy is important. We have posted this privacy policy statement to inform our website users how or what information you provide to us is collected, stored, and used.

DATA COLLECTION
Two applications on The Joyce Theater website currently requires the collection of some form of personal information: Making a Contribution and becoming a Joyce E-Newsletter subscriber.

1. Making a Contribution
Information Collected:
When you make a contribution online, The Joyce Theater requires the collection of your full name, postal address, phone number, and credit card information (number and expiration date).

Information Use:
Name and address are used for credit card verification as well as to contact you regarding your donation. Credit card information is secure and is not shared.

Information Storage:
The information you provide to us is not shared on our Web server.

The Joyce Theater will not share the names, postal information, email, or phone numbers of those who make a donation. However, if those who make a contribution are also Joyce ticket buyers, names may be shared with third parties for mailings of promotional performance materials unless The Joyce Theater is instructed not to share.

2. The Joyce Theater E-Newsletter
Information Collected:
Opting to receive The Joyce Theater E-Newsletter requires the collection of your email address. The Joyce Theater will not share your email address with a third party.

Information Use:
After choosing to sign up for The Joyce Theater E-Newsletter, you will receive an email once a week from The Joyce Theater outlining our upcoming events and promotions.

The Joyce Theater will not share, rent or sell email addresses collected through our Website.

Any e-mail sent via The Joyce Theater E-Newsletter will include an opt-out option.

ONLINE TICKETING
When purchasing tickets to Joyce events, you will be redirected to a third-party website, either telecharge.com or theatermania.com (destination dependant upon event). Please refer to their website for their own privacy policies.

Names from online purchases are available to The Joyce Theater, for our own records and may be used for Joyce Theater mailings of promotional materials. These names may also be shared with third parties for mailings of promotional performance materials unless The Joyce Theater is instructed not to share.

LINKS
The Joyce Theater website and E-Newsletter will often contain links to other websites with privacy policies which we have no control, and which may be different from ours. The Joyce Theater is not responsible for the content information or privacy policy of sites to which we provide links.
