Human Resources Manager

The Joyce Theater Foundation, New York’s leading dance presenting organization, seeks a Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of The Joyce’s human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and compliance. This individual will assist with developing and implementing HR policies, manage employee relations issues (100+ part-time and full-time employees with varying schedules), and ensure the organization attracts, retains, and develops a high-performing workforce.

Front of House - Part-Time Usher

The Joyce Theater seeks part-time Ushers who can work 3-7 shifts a week beginning September 16th. Shifts range from 2.5-3.5 hours Tuesday-Sunday. Our performance schedule can be found on our website.
