Finnian Carmeci
Corps de Ballet, American Ballet Theatre
Finnian Carmeci was born in Medford, Oregon, where he began dancing at the age of 11. He began his studies at Studio Roxander academy of ballet. He later trained at the Oregon Ballet Theatre School under the guidance of Anthony Jones. Carmeci was a Finalist at the 2018 Prix de Lausanne and was named an International Scholar of The Royal Ballet School from 2018 to 2019.
Carmeci joined the ABT Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School in September 2019 and became a member of ABT Studio Company in March 2020. He became an apprentice with the main Company in November 2023 and joined the corps de ballet in January 2024. His repertoire includes the Mouse King in Alexei Ratmansky’s The Nutcracker, Midnight Pas de Deux, and Apollo in Sylvia, as well as roles in all of the Company’s full-length ballets.
