The Joyce presents the acclaimed Pacific Northwest Ballet in two dynamic programs at the Koch Theater. The six works— selected by Artistic Director Peter Boal to showcase the company as well as its world famous Orchestra (under the direction of Music Director/Principal Conductor Emil de Cou)— range from George Balanchine’s legendary collaboration with Igor Stravinsky, Agon, to the New York premiere of Twyla Tharp’s lively tribute to 1940’s New Orleans, Waiting at the Station. The programs also feature stunning choreography by Jerome Robbins, as well as New York premieres from Benjamin Millepied and Crystal Pite.
